Celebration of Christmas 2017
Thank you for your patience in waiting for the cast list. PLEASE READ BELOW before viewing the list.
You should have received an email from Dan sending you to this page. If you attended auditions and you have not been receiving emails about casting updates, please contact Dan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
See below for the full cast list for the entire production in scene order. For each scene/song, we have listed: the cast, the director and weekly rehearsal time slots. Please note, most performers are in multiple scene/songs – so read through every scene and find which groups you are cast in. (You can search the document to find your name).
After you look through the entire cast list attachment, we need to hear back from you by Thursday, Sept 7 if you will accept or decline your role in each scene that you are cast. Please review the rehearsal schedules and decide if you can commit to all the scenes you have been cast in. You can ‘accept’ some scenes and ‘decline’ others.
Send an email to: email@example.com with the following info: Your full name, list what scene(s) you are cast in (ex: Opening Teens, 80’s Kings procession), indicate which scenes you ‘accept’, and which scenes you ‘decline’ (note: if you are declining for rehearsal scheduling reasons, contact your choreographer/scene director first – they may have some flexibility with your availability), conflicts: please note if you will be missing any tech rehearsals (Nov 30-5), or Performances (Dec 6-10 & 13-19), and please confirm that you will be present at the Sept. 10 All Cast Meeting *Note: if you have multiple people in in the cast from one family, you can include each person’s info in one email.
